A major part of Bemidji Pride's daytime festival is our product vendors and community resource booths. If you sell a product, own a business, or work with a nonprofit organization, this is a great way to join the festival!

Booth/Vendor FAQ's

Q) What do I get as part of my booth registration?

A) We offer a 10'x10' space, one 8' folding table, & 2 folding chairs. Tents are not included. You are responsible for providing your own tent.

Q) Can I request that my organization is placed near another organization's booth?

A) Yes, you may put in the request. However, we cannot guarantee a spot for organizations or individuals who have not yet submitted a request for a booth. Space for booths is limited, so please ensure all organizations who are a part of the request have submitted their booth interest form so that we can fulfill your request.

Q) When will my organization be able to set up our booth?

A) Setup will occur in the morning prior to the start of the daytime event. Specific time slots for set up will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event. If you would like to set up your booth on Friday evening, please note that in the description section of your interest form or let our Vendor Coordination team know once they reach out to you.
